Pre-Production

What is "Pre-Production"? Basically, it's everything you have to do before you roll film or tape unless you're going direct to disk and then all you save is tape. But, if you're smart, you'll want a tape back up anyway, so there you have it.

How about an example. OK. The diagram below is of a "No Budget" project. Even a no budget project cost a lot doesn't it!
