Before you can make a film, video, commercial or whatever, you need to go over some basics.

These questions may seem like a no brainer, but you would be surprised at how many films have been started
and forgotten due to finances.
AV-Edit will sit down with you and do an Line Item Survey to determine exactly how much your project will actually cost.

a 50% deposit is collected before the shoot for these services and a 10% discount is offered for full payment at the time of the order

License and permits for the shoot
If the film is being shot on public streets, licenses and or permits have to be obtained and displaced before a foot of tape or film rolls. Call us with your shoot schedule so we can arrange to pick them up. If you don't gave them and the police stop by, they will shut down the project. Do your homework!!
Extra Lights, Audio and Cameras
If you are not carrying your own lights, audio and cameras, we can supply them for you. Call us with your needs at least one month prior to the shoot start date.

Hotel or Motel reservations including food
If you want us to arrange for hotel and motel accommodations call us. This includes airport pickup and return.

On site catering
We can arrange to cater the shoot which keeps everyone in one spot and keeps down time to a minimum. While shooting one scene, actors and crew not being used in the scene can be fed.
Field Nurse
Having a on the set Nurse is a smart way to keep minor injuries contained at the shoot site. The nurse comes with a tent, a cot, a chair and a full field medical kit. Call us about this.
The client will get a detailed invoice for all services listed on this page.
Payment is expected at the end of the shoot unless prior arrangements have been made.
