CANON XLH1

Sachtler FS8

A quality Video Camera Demands a quality tripod. Sachtler has always made a top quality product that never lets you down. When I was using a 34 lb Ikegami V55 Beta-SP camera I choose Sachtler, now that I have down sized the weight of my camera to 9 lbs, I purchased the tripod on the left . It is a compact lightweight fluid head tripod system. Set up is very quick and once the camera is locked down, I have a stable platform to capture whatever The project I am on calls for. I keep the tripod in its protective canvas bag and then place it into a medium duty flight case for added protection.

The XLH1 is Canon’s first venture into HD  video cameras.
I have been using Canon Lenses and Cameras for the last twenty five years due to their exceptional clarity and low light capabilities. I shoot mainly for Corporate Industrial and Spot clients who demand the best but at a competitive price. Canon’s products always meet or exceed my clients expectations.

Recently, I have added a 100 gig hard drive that allows me to shoot 1080i video with multi channel audio and meta data for up to twelve hours. I recently shot a 4 ½ hour concert for a client from California and they had the footage ready to edit within one hour after the end of the shoot Please check out the dedicated page on this web site for the drive.
